We can provide a tailored service to suit any individual home owner, and the services we offer are numerous. We can offer standard packages with a set price, as well as many 'optional extras' but if you do not see exactly what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The fees charged by us are easily recouped by regular letting and it is our intention to make sure that each booking goes as smoothly as possible.

Although we are 100% positive you will not be disappointed with any of our contracts, we do offer a 3 month introductory period to give you a chance to evaluate our services.

Your recommendation is our next income so we also operate a reward scheme for client referrals. You will receive a £50 cheque for every new client you refer to us if they take up our management contract for 12 months.

Main Management Contract

The complete Management package includes the Bookings and Lettings Contract, which is 20% of the weekly rental charge. The 20% fees are deducted from the initial booking deposit and the balance is sent direct to the owners. Therefore, no bookings - no fees! The complete package also includes the Cleaning Contract.

Cleaning Contract

We will visit the property after each letting, giving it a full clean, kitchen, bathroom, appliances, polishing, sweep & mop floors (including outside areas), replace toilet rolls, change bedding, towels and tea towels.

We can also incorporate our additional 'personal' services such as welcome packs or flowers left for your guests.. We will leave our card in the villa so your guests can contact us direct if there are any problems during their stay.

The prices for changeover cleans under the management contract are cheaper than on the 'pay as you go' system. 2 bed - 51 Euros / £35. 3 bed - 68 Euros / £45 and 4 bed - 80 Euros / £55, including laundry for towels, bedding and tea towels.

Whilst many property management companies restrict the amount of weeks that are available to you for 'personal use', we offer no such 'penalties' - your property is yours to use as you wish. However, if you take your own bookings, or require changeovers for 'family and friends', these will be charged according to a 'pay as you go' clean.

Additional Services

'Pay as you go' Changover Clean - 2 bed - 82 Euros / £55, 3 bed - 90 Euros / £60- 4 bed - 105 Euros / £70. (Prices may vary slightly according to villa size and amount of linen). This includes laundry costs for all bedding and towels. This service is useful for those only letting on an infrequent basis.

Maintenance - We will carry out 'maintenance checks' to the property when required by the owner. Full details of what this involves can be seen on our Services page. A call out fee of 45 Euros / £30 per visit is charged for this service.

We can also undertake maintenance works tailored to your requirements. Pricing will depend on the job involved. Our property inspections at changeover will let us know if any routine maintenance is needed either on the property or any appliances and we will inform our owners of any necessary works involved.

Gardening, painting and decorating and building works can also be undertaken and will be priced accordingly.

Advertising Package . . We will create advertising on a top Spanish Holiday Rental website plus an advertising brochure on our own website - 217 Euros / £149 per annum.

Keyholding . . We will hold the keys of your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen - 146 Euros / £100 per annum

Call out service - (can be used to liaise with deliveries or tradesmen, access to property for maintenance and repairs, or in an emergency) - 40 Euros / £26 per visit. (This includes waiting up to 1 hr - subsequent hours charged at 21 Euros / £15 ph).

Meet & Greet - A 'meet and greet' service can be provided to welcome your guests to your property and provide keys on arrival - 40 Euros / £26 per visit.

Consultation Service . . . 117 Euros / £80 for up to 2 hours.

Provide special welcome packs - basic includes milk, coffee, teabags, sugar, water, wine, bread, preserves, cereals, 6 pack beer - 22 Euros / £15
This will be tailored according to instructions and can include champagne, flowers etc at varying costs.
Provide tourist guides and local information to be left in the property.
Provide maid service during lets if required at 68 Euros / £45 per visit.
Airport Service - cost dependent on times and length of journey. .
Evening taxi's can be arranged - cost dependent on times and length of journey.

Villa Check Service . . The service is priced 'per visit' according to the instructions of the owner. We also incorporate the keyholding service into the package. Can be useful for those who do not frequently let or visit the property but would like to have peace of mind and know their property is being frequently visited - 45 Euros / £30 per visit.
