| The house is near to
the long stretch of sandy beaches and the village of Els Poblets,
with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars on the beach,
in the village, as well as on the complex. Nearby there are
2 outstanding golf courses to keep all golf fanatics happy.
The area is used by the locals for fishing, while the flat land
full of orange groves aids to walking and cycling. Many teams
training for the tour de france etc, use the twenty-two miles
of flat road to its full potential. The village itself houses
the ancient church of El Salvador, the Mirarrosa tower that
guards access to the village from the river Girona and the Roman
villa of Almadrava showing the remains of a Roman Pottery. Els
Poblets patron saint fiestas begin on July 28 and reach their
climax on August 6, the Day of the Saviour. |

property has all new furnishings, the owners would appreciate
it if smoking was only undertaken outside. A car is advisable
to explore the many delights of this unspoilt area.. Please
bring own beach towels & sky viewing card. Competitive car hire prices can
be arranged. A local English newspaper and tourist information
pamphlets will be left for your perusal. A basic grocery
welcome pack can be arranged for your arrival at an additional
£15. Booking deposit 50%. Balance to be paid 6 weeks
prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit £200.

There are many places to visit within easy reach
of Els Poblets including a safari park, caves, the village
of Gata famous for its wicker goods, the Jalon Valley famous
for its almonds, citrus groves and wine, the waterfalls at
Bollulla and the ancient town of Guadalest perched high on
a mountain top and famous for hand made lace. Benidorm is
a 40 min drive where you will find shopping, night life, Mundo
Mar (Sea World) Aqualandia (Water World) or the Terra Mitica
theme park. The beautiful city of Valencia is a 45 min drive
to the north.
