The property is 25 minutes from Benidorm, with
its theme park Terra Mitica, water park Aqualandia, sea world
- Mundomar, and its abundance of restaurants, shops, and night
life. The area has the best climate of continental
Europe and is ideal for all year round visiting and the local
blue flag beaches are among the finest. The local beach Cabo
Moraig 2kms away is noted for its scuba diving.
There are several golf courses within half
a hour drive: Club de Golf Ifach, Moraira, 9 holes, 7 km.
Club de Golf Javea, 9 holes, 3km. Club de Golf La Sella, Denia,
18 holes, 20 km. Club de Golf Oliva Nova, 18 holes, 35 km.
