Villa Rental in Benitachell - between Javea and Moraira

| Las Malvas is a lovely
villa in an excellent location just outside the hill village
of Benitachell, between the seaside towns of Moraira and
Javea. It is a modern detached villa built on one level
with enclosed, private parking. It is therefore ideal for
those unable to negotiate steps and stairs. The vista from
both inside and out looks out across an almond orchard in
the foreground. The village of Benitachell, with it’s
beautiful church at the top of the hill (magnificently lit
up at night) provides the mid-view, whilst in the distance
are the Bernia mountains and spectacular Montgo. |

Los Romeros is
a small development of private properties within walking
distance of restaurants and local shops. Javea Golf Club
is nearby and the beaches at Moraira and Javea are 10
minutes drive away. The restaurants
in Benitachell are within walking distance and there are
many more to be found in Moraira and Javea, both only
10 minutes drive away.
The kidney shaped 8 x 4 pool is surrounded
by a further area of terrace with sun loungers. The pool
has its own shower.
The living room incorporates a fully equipped
American style kitchen (which has a gas hob, electric
oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle
and toaster). A washing machine, iron and hair dryer are
also included. Gas is mains supplied, obviating the need
for butane bottles. A dining table and chairs are provided
for those times you may wish to eat indoors. The sitting
area has two sofas and satellite TV with DVD/CD player.
Sliding doors lead to the covered terrace which has patio
furniture for al fresco dining and looks out over the
pool to the wonderful view beyond. A portable barbeque
is also provided.

Please bring own beach towels. Competitive car hire
prices can be arranged. A basic grocery welcome pack
can be arranged for your arrival at an additional
£15. Booking deposit 30%. Balance to be paid
8 weeks prior to holiday. Refundable damage deposit
£200. For parties larger that 6, it may
be possible to arrange an additional villa close by.
